Our October 5 lunch guest was Fred Wright, Governor of Rotary District 5550, spanning across three provinces from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in the West, to Thompson, Manitoba in the North and to Sioux Lookout, Ontario in the East.
The activities and organization of District 5550 exist to help the individual Rotary clubs and to advance the Objective of Rotary by:
- Supporting its member clubs in fulfilling the Objective of Rotary;
- Supporting its member clubs in developing vibrant organizations;
- Supporting Rotary International;
- Strengthening and expanding Rotary to communities in District 5550;
- Fostering unity among Rotary clubs and the community in general.
