Members met for lunch to discuss and review general business of the club.
Discussions were had regarding the December 2022 financials, an upcoming cheque presentation and further talks with a local organization regarding their request for financial support. The club reviewed the current meeting schedule and agreed to reducing summer meetings due to lower attendance during that time.
Members were reminded of some upcoming events and fundraisers. It was announced that there will be two students from Portage participating in the international youth exchange program. Lunch was finished with a quick review of general housekeeping duties.
