Today we were joined by Kennedy Hardinge, Founder and President of the Entrepreneur Mental Health Association pictured here, center, along with Kim Wiebe, left, EMHA Board member and Caitlin Giercke, right, fellow Rotarian and EMAH vice president. Kennedy boldly shared how the challenges and struggles of being a business owner created mental health issues for her like depression and anxiety. She found that support and resources for folks in the entrepreneur community were completely lacking and even non-existent. This spurred her to create the Entrepreneur Mental Health Association. As Kenneday shared EMHA is « A place that supports entrepreneurs on their journeys and ensures they have the tools and resources needed to succeed both personally and professionally. By working to break the stigma surrounding mental health in the entrepreneurial world, we can freely share their experiences and access the support they deserve » Please check out their website www.entrepreneurmhassociation.com for online resources and information about upcoming events. Thank you for joining us Kennedy and for this important work you’re doing in our community.
